Theresa Moore is a parent and relationship coach and Gurian Certified Trainer. A psychotherapist in the San Antonio community for over 30 years, her focus is the growth and well being of individuals, couples and families seeking to improve their lives. Her coaching practice helps people build on the strengths they have to enhance their personal skills through self-awareness, problem-solving, and insight.

Theresa has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.

Parenting is the area of family life that is one of Theresa’s passions. Her parent coaching, provided via phone or Skype, focuses on specific issues and practical strategies for raising and educating successful and happy children. Her two decades working as a school counselor have given her important and useful experience in coaching families with children in school.

Theresa conducts lectures, seminars and workshops for individuals and families, as well as young adults and adolescents. She is contributing author to several publications and has written a workbook for parents, A Parent’s Mind and a Child’s Heart.
